All food is naturally grown and produced to be free of anitibiiotics, hormones, etc.

The menu will include Gourmet dishes such as the following:

Meals such as slow cooked Prime Rib, Rib Eye Steaks, Stuffed Cornish Game Hens, seasoned Pork Rib Eye Chops, slow cooked Brisket, stuffed Chicken Breasts, Pheasant, rural Fried Chicken are all served with all the other amenities and side dishes. Each dinner will have a choice of at least two main dishes.

Breakfasts will be cooked to order including eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, bisquits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, french toast, cereals, breads and fruits.

Lunches will be both hot and cold and served either in the field or the lodge, whichever is most handy for the hunts.
